I was reading a review of the new Anker power bank and the guy said it can charge a phone from 0 to 50% in just 18 minutes, which seems crazy fast to me.

I mean, I found that stat in a video on YouTube from a channel called Tech Gear Weekly, and now I'm wondering if anyone has actually tested that claim with a real phone.
