Remember my buddy who tried to make a "pizza" with canned tuna, strawberry jam, and leftover mashed potatoes? Looked like a crime scene, but he swore the sweet and salty thing worked. Sometimes you just gotta block out the haters and take a bite. Your combo sounds way more normal than that.

Okay but hear me out. That actually sounds like the start of a weirdly good taco salad. The coconut could be toasted for crunch, the salsa is the dressing, and you chop up the pickled eggs for a protein kick. Your roommate just lacks vision. I'd eat that over plain chips any day.
