My fridge looked like a science experiment last Tuesday after I tried making homemade mozzarella
Had half a gallon of milk that wouldn't set, a bag of citric acid, and three different thermometers showing different temps. The cheese came out like rubber but the whey made great pancakes the next morning. Was this a total fail or a win for breakfast?
