I finally counted the half-used condiment jars in my fridge door and hit 17
I was convinced I was a minimalist until I saw that photo of my fridge door with 17 different half-used sauces, which made me realize I'm just a guy who can't commit to a single flavor profile for more than one meal.

Seventeen is impressive, but that salsa from 2022 @carr.willow mentioned is a real fridge fossil. The real test is if you have multiple jars of the same thing, like three different brands of mustard all opened at once.
