Pulled a perfectly good record player from a pile of trash in Omaha, and it still had a vinyl inside.
I plugged it in at home and the record was some old jazz album from the 1950s. When I looked it up, a copy in that condition is worth over 80 bucks. Do you guys usually check inside stuff like that before you haul it away?
That's an awesome find, makes the whole trip worth it. Always check inside anything that could hold something, people forget the weirdest stuff. Found a twenty in an old coat pocket once, but a record is way cooler. What was the album, do you remember the artist?
