Overheard a bride at a venue say she picked her florist because of the delivery setup

I was dropping off a small order at the Maplewood Gardens place and heard a bride telling her friend she went with a different shop because they brought everything in labeled boxes with pictures. My usual method is just a quick verbal rundown with the coordinator. Has anyone tried using photo labels for big wedding deliveries, and did it cut down on setup questions?

Photo labels sound smart but they also hand over your whole setup plan. That bride basically gave her florist's playbook to the venue staff. I've seen places use those pictures to cut corners later, like reusing centerpieces from the ceremony without asking. Sometimes a little mystery keeps your work from getting messed with by someone trying to save time.

My cousin's wedding in Austin had a similar thing happen. The venue coordinator saw the labeled photos for the arch flowers and tried to move them to the sweetheart table before dinner. Half the greenery got crushed because they didn't know how to detach it properly.
