Serious question, I dropped $60 on a heat gun to fix a peeling vinyl floor and it just made a bigger bubble.

Has anyone actually had luck with this method, or should I just call a pro before I ruin the whole kitchen?

My old landlord tried that exact thing on a bubbled spot in our rental. He ended up having to replace a whole 4x4 section because the adhesive completely failed. Heat guns can bake the glue right out if you aren't super careful.
