Spent $450 on a new post driver attachment for my skid steer and it bent on the third job.

The weld on the collar gave out when I hit a rock I couldn't see, and now I'm back to using the manual driver for a big commercial run in Tempe next week, anyone know a brand that can actually take a real hit?

Honestly, that sounds more like a rock problem than a tool problem...

Keep a wet sponge handy, works way better than you'd think.

I get what you're saying about the rock being the issue. But a good tool should handle a range of materials, right? If it only works on perfect, soft stone, that's a design limit. The right tool makes the rock less of a problem.
