Rant: A museum trip in Chicago totally flipped my view on pockets
I was sketching at the Field Museum last month and noticed how the folds in a dinosaur's skin could inspire hidden, seamless storage. Has anyone else gotten a design idea from a totally unexpected place?

Honestly, it's just a pocket. Not sure we need to overthink it like @fiona_scott44 is doing. A fold is a fold, whether it's on a T-Rex or a pair of cargo pants. Seems like people are trying to make basic sewing sound like rocket science.

Okay, but "folds in a dinosaur's skin" is such a cool starting point. Are you talking about making pockets that are part of the clothing's shape, not just an added bag? Like, the storage is hidden in the seams or the drape of the fabric itself?
