So I bought a $300 facial steamer that came with a 'calming' sound feature
The first time I used it on a client, the sound was this weird mix of ocean waves and a faint, sad harmonica. She started laughing so hard she cried, which kind of ruined the whole 'relaxing facial' vibe I was going for. I had to turn it off, but now the steamer just makes a loud gurgle without the soundtrack. Has anyone else had a gadget totally backfire in the middle of a service?
