Stopped using it after a few days when the breakout got worse. My derm told me later that hydrocortisone thins the skin over time and can cause more breakouts if you use it wrong. Now I just tell clients to stick with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid for pimples instead.

Respectfully, I see it a bit different. Used correctly and sparingly hydrocortisone can be a lifesaver for inflammation without the irritation that BPO or SA can cause.
