Just hit 500 clients in my first two years and I'm honestly shocked
I opened my little studio in a small town thinking I'd be lucky to see 20 people a month. I tracked every single new client in a notebook, and this morning I wrote down number 500. It hit me that I've built a real business, not just a side gig. The big jump came after I started offering a free 15 minute skin check with every first visit. Has anyone else found a simple offer like that completely changed their growth?
