A client's offhand comment about my extraction technique made me rethink everything

She said the way I was using my fingers was 'too aggressive' and it made her skin feel raw for days after. I switched to using a sterile cotton swab to apply pressure around the pore first, and the difference in post-treatment redness is huge. Has anyone else adjusted their manual extraction method after getting specific feedback?

Right? It saved my last keyboard from a sticky soda spill. Just dip the swab in a little rubbing alcohol and get into those tight spaces around the keys. Makes cleaning so much easier.

Totally saved my laptop from a coffee disaster last month. Those little swabs get right under the keycaps where a cloth can't reach. Works like a charm every time.
