I finally stopped listening to that lady who said 5-star items never get discounted

Last month at a Bellevue estate sale, this older woman kept telling me the 'good stuff' never gets marked down past day one prices. I believed her until I came back on Sunday and found a set of vintage Le Creuset for 70% off sitting right where I left it.

@rowank69, "bad advice" is one thing but giving wrong info can actually hurt people's wallets or worse.
