Appreciation post: Saw a fully functional 1980s Zenith TV in a thrift store in Boise last week.
It made me miss when you could actually fix a set with a schematic and a soldering iron instead of just swapping a sealed board.

Lol yeah, my first laptop looked like a brick with keys, probably weighed more than my current TV. Honestly surprised it didn't give me a hernia just carrying it to class.
