Appreciation post: That open house I went to in Summerside last month

I went to this open house in Summerside last month just to look, and the agent had all these binder tabs for every single document like inspections, title, disclosures. It made me realize my own prep folder is just a messy pile of PDFs. Has anyone else found a simple system that works for keeping your documents straight?

Color coded folders are fine until you need to find that one inspection report buried in the wrong folder. I actually prefer a single binder with those tabbed dividers too, but I keep a simple list on the inside cover of what's in each section. That way I don't have to flip through everything to check if I'm missing something. The agent's system looked overwhelming at first but having everything in one place beats hunting through ten different folders any day.

Those binder tabs though" - honestly just use color coded folders. Works great for me.
