Rant: Why does my smart TV take 30 seconds just to open the Netflix app?
I timed it last night while making popcorn and the microwave beeped before the Netflix menu even showed up. My old Roku stick from 2018 opens the same app in maybe 5 seconds flat. How is a brand new TV slower than a $30 stick from six years ago?

Have you checked if your TV is still running its default screensaver or ambient mode in the background while you're on the home screen? I noticed on my 2022 model that the TV keeps processing those fancy motion wallpapers even when the app is loading, which seems to choke the processor. Turn off the screensaver animations in your settings, it cut my Netflix load time from 30 seconds down to about 15. Also check if your TV is still downloading updates in the background, mine was doing that for random apps I never opened.
