Landlord patched a hole in my ceiling with cardboard
Came home to Arlington last Tuesday and found water damage from the upstairs unit, my landlord literally taped a piece of cardboard over it and said 'that'll hold till the plumber comes.' Did yours ever try something that lazy?

Cardboard? Hope you checked your renter's insurance covers flood damage.
