Just swapped out the old cutter head teeth on my 10-inch dredge

I had to pick between the standard steel or the carbide tipped ones. Went with carbide even though they cost more, and they chewed through that hard clay bed like nothing. Anyone run into a spot where the extra cash for better teeth was worth it?
