Figured out why my coffee always tasted like river mud

Ngl, I stopped setting my mug on the dredge control panel after a splash. Now my brew stays clean, but I keep forgetting where I put it down.

Your coffee was on a dredge control panel. That's a real piece of equipment. It's not a desk toy. nathanbennett has a point about new problems, but my mind is stuck on the industrial setting. Now you just lose a clean mug in a normal room instead of a muddy one on a machine.

What's the bigger mess, a dirty machine or a lost mug? At least the machine still works if it's a bit muddy. Now you're just hunting for a cup in a break room.
