Thinking manual drafting beats CAD for layout work after a messy project in Denver

Last month I spent 3 days struggling with a CAD file for a building layout in Denver that kept glitching out and losing my reference lines. I switched back to my old drafting board and finished the whole thing in 6 hours with a mechanical pencil and a scale ruler. Anyone else find that digital tools slow you down on certain jobs?

Have you ever had CAD crash on you mid-job though? Because that's a whole different kind of slow.

Nah, CAD saves me way more time than manual ever did.

Funny how that works, the same thing happened to me trying to use a meal planning app last week - sometimes the old way just flows better because it's not fighting you with glitches and extra steps.
