My plotter decided to eat a roll of 36-inch vellum right before a deadline

Happened yesterday afternoon, just as I was finishing a set of foundation plans. The feed rollers jammed and creased the entire sheet. Had to redraw the whole thing from a backup, took me until midnight. Anyone know a good repair place in Phoenix that doesn't charge an arm and a leg?

Try fixing the feed rollers yourself first.

My printer's feed rollers have been slipping for months and it still works okay. I get what @theawest is saying about a DIY fix, but is a small paper jam really worth taking the whole thing apart. It feels like messing with it could cause a bigger problem than just tapping the side to get it going. Sometimes these machines just have a bad day and it passes. Have you actually had success fixing rollers yourself?
