Just spent 4 hours fighting a dimension that was off by 1/16th

Working on a kitchen cabinet set in Denver and this one panel kept refusing to sit flush. Measured it like 5 times, even swapped out a whole sheet because I thought the MDF was warped. Turned out I transposed the width and depth in my cut list from day one. 1/16th of an inch and it threw off every damn door alignment. Has anyone else chased a measurement ghost for way too long just to find a brain fart?

Started marking each cut with a sharpie. Saved my ass more than once.

1/16th is basically invisible, so you probably just needed to force it with a mallet.
