Just realized I wasted $300 on a 'premium' drafting tablet that's basically a paperweight
The drivers never worked right with my main CAD software, so it's been sitting in a box for a year. Anyone have a reliable brand they actually use daily?

Oof, that's a brutal three hundred dollar lesson. Sounds like you bought a fancy driver delivery system instead of a tablet. I stick with the old Wacom Intuos stuff, the basic ones. They just work and I've never had to fight with a driver.

Feel your pain, man. Driver issues are the absolute worst. My old Intuos is still kicking too, it's just reliable.

Have you tried messing with the driver settings in Device Manager or completely nuking the old driver files before reinstalling? A lot of these premium tablets have weird compatibility issues with specific software versions and Windows builds. I'm wondering if you dug into the software logs or tried the manufacturer's bare bones driver without all the extra fluff. Because most of the time it's some background service conflicting, not the core driver itself. Did you ever hit up their support about it or just toss it in the box after a weekend of frustration?
