Had to redo a whole set of plans because I missed a 0.5mm tolerance on a bolt hole
I was working on a steel frame detail for a job in Portland and the fabricator called me out for using a 12mm hole for a 12mm bolt instead of 14mm. Ever since then I double check all my clearance specs before I hit plot.
