DAE spend months tightening their GPU bracket wrong? I finally figured it out.

I built my first PC about 2 years ago and always had this weird sag on my graphics card. I kept tightening the bracket screws near the IO shield thinking that would fix it. After 6 months of this (and a few crashes I blamed on drivers), I took it to a local shop called Microfix in Austin. The guy there just looked at it for like 2 seconds and pointed out I had the bracket mounted behind the motherboard tray lip instead of in front of it. Total facepalm moment. The card sat perfectly level after he flipped it around. Has anyone else had a dumb hardware install mistake that took way too long to notice?
