Can we talk about how I used the wrong screwdriver for 3 years?

I was building my third PC last month and kept stripping screw heads on the motherboard standoffs. After fighting with one for 20 minutes, my buddy came over and handed me a #2 Phillips instead of the #1 I was using. Turns out I'd been using the wrong size on every build since 2021. The #1 just feels right in your hand but it cams out way too easy on those tight screws. Has anyone else been using the wrong tool and only found out after messing up a bunch of parts?

Not to defend the wrong tool but that #1 probably saved your threads from getting chewed up too bad.
