GPU hit 95c during a 4 hour Baldur's Gate 3 session yesterday

My laptop fan was screaming like a jet engine and I realized the intake vents were completely caked with dust. I took it outside and blasted it with a can of compressed air and now it sits at 75c under load, has anyone else noticed how fast this stuff builds up in just a few months?

Same thing happened to mine, blowing it out every couple months keeps it running cool.

82 degrees inside my house right now, same damn thing applies.
