Debated between white and gray grout for my kitchen backsplash, picked white and now I'm scrubbing it every other week.
The gray would have hidden the coffee stains from my morning pour-over, but my wife said white looked cleaner; has anyone else regretted a grout color choice based on looks alone?

Oh man, white grout is a trap. I did white in my bathroom shower and now I'm basically a professional grout cleaner on weekends. My wife also insisted it looked "cleaner" and now I'm the one scrubbing mildew lines every month while she just shrugs. Should have just gone with medium gray and called it a day.
