Wait, didn't you used to think patience was just something you either had or didn't have? I used to feel the same way until I tried to rush my sourdough starter after a couple days and ended up with this sad, bubbly mess that tasted like vinegar. Now I just accept that some things will take their own time, and fighting it only makes everything worse.
