Went to an IKEA showroom and almost had an aneurysm over their monitor arms

I was in IKEA in Atlanta yesterday checking out the Markus chair again, and I stopped by their desk section to see if they had anything new. Every SINGLE display had these thick, messy black cables just dangling in plain sight behind the screens like nobody cared. I actually pointed it out to an employee and he said "that's just how it looks in real life"... sorry, but if you're selling desk setups, at least pretend to care about cable management. Has anyone else seen a store display and felt like they needed to offer free advice to the staff?

Nah, they're probably paid to make it look bad so you buy cable management stuff.

Always figured those "gaming room" setups were staged, the tangled wires make mine feel more real.
