Spent 4 hours building a 5E3 Tweed Deluxe clone and it just hummed at me

I followed the layout perfectly but my heater wires were running too close to the input jack, soon as I moved them away the hum disappeared. Has anyone else fought with heater wire placement and found a trick that works every time?

A lot of guys overlook how sensitive the input stage is to heater wire noise, your fix is pretty standard honestly. @felix_jones probably hasn't run into this yet, but moving those wires away from jacks and tube sockets is basically the golden rule. Twisting them tight and keeping them flush against the chassis helps too, your mileage may vary but it's saved me hours of troubleshooting.

Don't think 4 hours of humming is that big a deal honestly.
