Is pay-per-click still worth it after my $900 test in Tulsa?
I ran a 6 week PPC campaign for my local shop in Tulsa, spent about $900 on Google ads. Got a ton of clicks but only 4 real inquiries, so I'm trying to decide if I should cut it or adjust the targeting. Someone told me that small businesses should focus on SEO instead because PPC just eats budget without building long term value. But then I see other local places getting leads from ads, so maybe my landing page or keywords were the issue. Has anyone else spent similar money on PPC and seen it pay off or flop? What would you change first?

4 inquiries for 900 bucks, that's like buying dinner for people who didn't show up.
