Back when I thought more social media posts was always the answer

About 2 years ago I was running a local bakery's Facebook page and just pumping out 5 posts a day thinking more volume meant more sales. Took me forever to figure out I was just annoying people. Now I do 3 posts a week with actual thought behind them and engagement is way up. Anyone else waste time blasting content before realizing quality beats quantity in digital strategy?

lmao yeah "5 posts a day" is straight up spam behavior. you were basically the bakery version of those pages that repost the same meme 4 times. i see so many local businesses doing this thinking they gotta be everywhere all the time but it just trains people to ignore you. 3 quality posts per week > 20 half baked ones every single time. glad you figured it out before you lost all your followers lol
