Oh man, that's brutal. I read a whole thread last week where people said to avoid the airport and just go to a mall phone shop. @paige870 is right about the airport kiosks being a mess. The advice was to go to a proper AIS or True store in a shopping center, even though it feels out of the way. They said it's way faster because they have more staff and less crazy lines. Still a pain, but maybe cuts the time in half.
