Saw a real difference in my income after 3 months in Medellin
I moved down here chasing cheaper rent but the real shift came from networking at a local cafe... started talking to other remote workers and landed a steady freelance gig. Before that I was bouncing between Upwork jobs making maybe $1,500 a month, now I'm closer to $3,000 with the same hours. Anyone else find that just being around other nomads changes your money situation?

Respectfully gotta disagree here. The whole "being around nomads boosts your income" thing feels like a self selecting bias where people who already have good gigs are the ones hanging at those cafes.
