Vent: Took me 3 months to realize my email automation was broken
I spent months wondering why my open rates tanked, turns out a tiny code change broke the tracking on all my welcome sequences. Had to manually re-send 2,000 emails last week. Has anyone else had a small update wreck their whole setup?

Wait, you actually resent all 2,000 emails manually? That seems like a lot of extra work that could have been avoided. Small code changes breaking email automation is a classic issue though. Most email services let you export a list of who didn't open the original email and then re-send just to them. You might have also been able to clone the sequence, fix the tracking code, and re-trigger it for those contacts without touching anything else. I've definitely had a tiny CSS change mess up my signup forms before, and it took me two weeks to spot it. Next time, save yourself the headache and just use the tools built into your email platform to fix it.
