The "post 3 times a day" advice from that YouTube guru wrecked my client's account
Some guy with 400k subs kept saying consistency was everything, so I scheduled 3 posts daily for a real estate client in Austin. After 2 weeks their reach dropped 60% and engagement flatlined. Turns out their audience wanted 2 quality posts a week. I spent a month rebuilding their content calendar. Has anyone else followed influencer advice and watched it backfire this hard?

My old barber tried the same thing with haircut tutorials, posted three videos a day for a week and lost half his subscribers because they wanted the old chill style. Algorithms love noise but people love rhythm, and that's the part these gurus never mention. Took him three months to win back the regulars, and now he posts once a week and his shop's busier than ever.
