That one piece of advice about Facebook ad creative I wish I'd taken sooner

A buddy of mine who runs a local pet supply store kept telling me to put actual product photos in my ads, not stock images. I thought my stock photos looked fine, you know, clean and professional. Well, I spent about $200 over two weeks running an ad for my grooming shop's new puppy package with a generic cute dog photo. Got like 3 clicks. I finally swapped it out with a photo of my neighbor's golden retriever right after a groom, looking all fluffy and happy. Same budget, same audience, and I got 42 clicks and 5 actual bookings in 3 days. It's crazy how much people respond to real stuff over polished pictures. Has anyone else had a similar experience with something as simple as swapping out the image?

Little tweaks" - yeah my buddy swapped a stock photo for one he took on his phone. Got 15 leads overnight lol.

Man that's a wild difference, makes me wonder how many other little tweaks are out there that make that big of a difference.
