Realized my email subject lines were killing open rates after A/B testing 200 campaigns last month
Last week I swapped from "February Newsletter" to "Your free guide inside" and saw open rates jump from 12% to 34%, so now I'm redoing all my old templates has anyone else overlooked something this basic in their email strategy?

What kind of subject line were you running before the swap - was it actually just "February Newsletter" or did you try other variations first?
