Lost a client over a typo in their ad copy last Tuesday

I run Facebook ads for a local dentist in Austin and sent a review draft to the client with 'teeth whiting' instead of 'whitening'. They saw it before I did, sent back a one line email that said 'we can't trust this', and pulled the account that was doing $1,200 a month in spend. I double checked everything now, even run it through a spell checker before sending. Anyone else lose a gig over something dumb and small like that?

Dang, over one letter? That's brutal.
