The local bakery's 'order online' button is a straight up lie

Stopped by that new bakery on 5th Street last Saturday because their site says online orders ready in 15 minutes. Tried to place one for two croissants and a latte, but the checkout kept erroring out with some 'inventory sync' message. Walked in anyway and the guy at the counter just laughed, said they disabled online ordering weeks ago because the tablet broke. So the button is just sitting there, fooling people and wasting their time. Is this a common thing with small biz websites, or did I just catch the one place that forgot to kill the page?
