I always thought my email list was too small to matter, but hitting 1000 subscribers changed my mind.

I mean, that first 1k group actually bought more from my last campaign than my old list of 5k ever did. Anyone else see a big jump after a specific number?

My buddy had the same thing happen around 500 subscribers... his open rates just went way up and people actually started replying. It was like hitting a real community instead of just a number. He says that smaller, focused list was a total game changer for him.

Noticed this with my local coffee shop. They used to blast generic ads to the whole town. Then they started a tiny text list for regulars, maybe 50 people. Those folks show up for every new brew and buy bags of beans. It's the same idea, a small group that really cares beats a big crowd that's just passing by. Quality of attention matters way more than the raw number.
