I spent 8 hours hand-fixing a low res texture last week on a client piece, then watched a buddy hit the same problem with an AI upscaler in 20 minutes. His result looked clean but lost the gritty feel I was going for. Is it cheating to rely on AI fixes, or is the end result all that matters?
