Had a chat with a Procreate user yesterday who made me question my whole setup
I was at a coffee shop in Portland sketching on my iPad and this guy sat down next to me. He was using a matte screen protector and a specific brush pack for line art that he swears by. He said my current workflow looked "overworked" and suggested I try blocking in shapes before details. Made me wonder if I've been wasting time on polish too early. Has anyone else switched up their process after a random stranger's advice?

Is it weird how advice from random people often sticks better than advice we'd pay for? I've gotten better life tips from strangers in grocery store lines than from any book.

Have you ever noticed the best advice is usually free because the person giving it has nothing to sell you? That's probably why it feels more honest than something from a book or a paid course.
