A bus driver on the 15 taught me more than any news article

Last Tuesday I was running late and caught the 15 down Colfax. The driver was this older guy named Marcus who announced every stop like it was a game show, saying stuff like "Ladies and gentlemen, the one and only Broadway Station!" At first people were annoyed, but by the time we hit Federal half the bus was laughing and answering him back. It made me realize how much we tune out the city when we're just staring at our phones. Has anyone else had a random Denver employee make their whole day better?

Bus drivers like Marcus are the real MVPs of this city lol. Small thing but it sticks with you all day.
