Wasted $80 on a fancy GPU support bracket when a Lego minifig works just as well

I bought one of those adjustable RGB GPU sag brackets from Micro Center last week and my buddy pointed out his $1 minifig is doing the exact same job, has anyone else fallen for overpriced cable management tools?

Man I gotta push back on this one. That little figure is gonna tip over the first time you bump your desk and then your whole card gets to go for a ride. At least the bracket is locked in place.

Nah, I think that little figure is actually weighted well enough to stay put unless you really go wild nudging it.
