The 90 degree SATA cable that made me question my whole past
I was rebuilding my NAS after a move to Austin and kept fighting with a cramped drive cage for an hour. A buddy glanced over and said, 'why are you bending the cable like that, just flip the connector,' and suddenly the drive slid in clean. Anyone else been stubborn about a part orientation for way too long before someone pointed it out?

Man, I did the exact same thing with RAM sticks once. Spent twenty minutes forcing them in the wrong way before my roommate just turned them around. Sometimes the simplest fix is the one you refuse to see.
