Rant: Does cable combs actually help airflow or just look clean?
Spent 3 hours Sunday rerouting my front panel wires through combs and zip ties, but my GPU temp only dropped 2C, so is the effort worth it for looks over function, or am I missing something that actually matters?

Took me a whole Saturday with combs and velcro straps on my build and saw maybe 3C difference at most. The real temp drop came when I flipped my PSU shroud around so the fan faced up, that mattered way more. But honestly the combs make the inside look so much better that I kept them anyway, even if it's mostly for my own satisfaction lol.
