Just checked the air pressure on my custom loop and I was way off

I used a $15 digital gauge from Micro Center to test my loop pressure after draining it. Turns out I had it at 0.8 PSI when the spec for my Alphacool rad says 1.2. No wonder I was getting that tiny weep at the fitting near the GPU. Has anyone else found their own numbers didn't match the manual?

Did you check if the fitting was actually tight enough? I had a similar issue once and it turned out I just didn't crank it down all the way. Made me feel pretty dumb for a minute.

Oh man, I've been there too... I tightened my GPU block fitting so much I thought it was gonna crack, but the weep was still there. Turned out I had the O-ring slightly pinched when I put it together. Felt like a total rookie mistake. The digital gauge thing is tricky too cause those cheap ones can be off by a bit, so you think you're good but you're not. At least you caught it before it got worse, that little drip can turn into a real mess fast.
